Liam Hemsworth Has Joined Twitter!

All you Liam Hemsworth fans, today is your lucky day. If you love social media, and who doesn’t, then this is a great day. Liam has finally joined Twitter!

His first tweet read:

“Kicking it off on Twitter for the first time. Glad to be on board. Thank you for following… -L”

By the looks of it so far, even though his tweet is only 5 hours old, at the time of this post, he is keeping things professional. He is only following five people and they’re all related to the movie industry in some way.

Could this be a way to speak up when his on and off fiancée, Miley Cyrus goes on one of her rants. Not that she has ever attacked him on Twitter, but she has been posting some provocative things lately, just take a look.

Actually, Liam is not following Miley, yet. But she is following him. Do you follow?

It is a bit strange that Hemsworth is joining Twitter, since he tried to talk Miley into quitting when they first started dating. But people are known to change their minds about social media, so maybe he is one of those.

We don’t know what the current relationship status is between the couple, but they have had somewhat of a rocky time. Things got heated when Liam was supposedly cheating on Miley. Following the alleged incident she took her engagement ring off. Recent reports suggest that they have broken up for good.

Twitter is one of the most popular social media sites with celebrities, if not the most popular. The famous like Twitter because of its straightforwardness and anonymity. They can also run the page themselves, it’s that simple.

Hopefully the fans will be nice to the hunky Aussie. Sometimes things can get a bit touchy on Twitter, but if everyone behaves it should be a pleasant experience for all.
