Kate Winslet Pregnant! Actress Expecting First Child With Ned Rocknroll

Kate Winslet is pregnant! This will be the third child for the Titanic actress but her first with husband Ned Rocknroll.

A rep for the actress confirmed the news to People Magazine.

The rep said: “Kate and Ned are delighted with the news.”

Winslet has two children, Mia, 12, and Joe, 9, from previous marriages but has always planned on having more.

She told In Style Magazine after the birth of her son Joe: “I’m hoping to have more kids … I don’t know whether one or two. Oh, God, I would love to have more.”

Winslet won an Oscar for her role in The Reader and has seen huge commercial success with movies like Titanic, but the actress says that she has always seen herself as a mother first.

The actress said: ”My children are my life and acting is something that I just do sometimes.”

Winslet and Rocknroll, a nephew of Richard Branson, married last December during a secret ceremony in New York.

Winslet isn’t the only actress to announce some happy baby news today. Jennifer Love Hewitt announced this morning that she was expecting her first child.

A rep for Hewitt said: “This is a wonderful time and we are looking forward to starting our family together.”
