Conan O’Brien To Guest Star On ‘Family Guy’


Looks like Conan O’Brien is going to make friends with baby Stewie. The television host is set to make his debut guest appearance on Family Guy. This isn’t the first time O’Brien has guest starred on a television series, the comedian recently appeared on the new season of Arrested Development.

His latest guest appearance makes sense, seeing as he and Seth MacFarlane share a similar background in the industry. MacFarlane, who’s the series creator and lead voice on the animated show Family Guy, got his inspiration from shows like The Simpsons and All in the Family. The former which O’Brien wrote for.

Conan O’Brien’s appearance is said to be in the upcoming season. Although the airing of the episode isn’t specified, Conan’s episode revolves around Peter and Quagmire’s visit to his talk show.

The episode will focus on the two characters and their discovery of their hidden singing talents. The discovery is made after a bee-related incident has the two characters screaming in perfect harmony. After that the two do the next natural thing and start a singing duo called Griffin and Quagmire. The two gain much popularity, so much that they appear at a music festival and later on perform for Conan on his show. However, in true Family Guy fashion, the appearance doesn’t go down as well as the two thought it might.

In addition to MacFarlane’s love of The Simpsons, the star made a recent appearance on the show too. Looks like Conan’s appearance on Family Guy will be the crossover that many have wished would happen.

It’s said that Conan O’Brien is just one of many stars making guest appearances for the new season. Season 12 will bring the talents of Bill Maher, Michelle Dockery, and Jeff Daniels who are all set to voice different characters.
