[VIDEO] New Super Mario Galaxy 2 trailer rocks, literally

Two scrumptious Nintendo trailers in two days – I feel spoilt. After yesterday’s S-T-U-N-N-I-N-G Metroid: Other M showing, today is Super Mario Galaxy 2‘s turn to show off its wares, ahead of its May 23rd U.S. release date on the Wii.

This trailer reveals “Rock Mario” for the first time, another ability for Mario (to join Bee, Starman, Ghost, and Fire Flower Mario) that sees our hero transform into a huge boulder, crushing enemies in his path. As with everything else in this game, it looks like brilliant fun:
