BlizzCon 2010 dates confirmed

Dates for this year’s BlizzCon, the annual gaming celebration of all things Blizzard (so World of Warcraft, StarCraft, and Diablo), were revealed today. Yet again, organisers have booked the Anaheim Convention Center in California, and you’ll be able to rub shoulders and bellies with fellow Blizzard fans on October 22nd and 23rd.

That’s two months later than the 2009 expo, but there may be a good reason for that: by that time, World of Warcraft expansion World of Warcraft: Catalclysm and StarCraft 2: Wings of Liberty should be in stores unleashed on the world. And a release date for Diablo 3? That wouldn’t be out of the question!

Keep an eye out for an announcement regarding ticket sales on Blizzard’s site; they go quickly, I hear.
