O.J. Simpson Fan Finds Fame With Huge Mugshot Tattoo

O.J. Simpson has one die-hard fan left, and even he may be a little conflicted about it. This week Buffalo Bills fan Bryan LaBarron found sports fame when multiple sports media sources published photographs of the huge and extremely realistic tattoo on LaBarron’s upper thigh — a picture of the infamous mugshot from Simpson’s 1994 booking when he was accused of slaying his wife Nicole Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman.

After the so-called trial of the century, Simpson was acquitted of the bloody double murder — a decision that rocked a nation because so many people were firmly convinced that he was guilty. Others just as firmly believed that the notorious Los Angeles Police Department had tampered with the evidence.

However, O.J. Simpson found himself back in the news — and in a Nevada prison — after a 2007 hotel room heist at the Palace Station Casino in Las Vegas. Simpson recently attended a week-long hearing in what is widely considered to be an unlikely “Hail Mary” bid to reverse his conviction in the robbery and kidnapping case that has sent him to prison to serve at least nine years.

Buffalo Bills fan Bryan LaBarron went beyond the call of duty to get the photo-realistic ink placed on his right upper thigh — a process that he said took about nine hours. Ouch.

However, LaBarron may have wavered a bit over the years in his support of Simpson. Check out the T-shirt he wore in one of his photos posted to Facebook earlier in the year. Heh.

A Las Vegas judge is expected to issue a written ruling within weeks about whether or not O.J. Simpson will get a new trial.
