SlingPlayer App For Android Gets Spotted [Video]
Things seem to be moving along nicely on the SlingPlayer app for Android. Last October the company posted a job looking for an Android developer and now they’re showing off the program via video.
Sling Media is promising the same 3G data streaming capabilities on the application, plus Wi-Fi support, fairly typical stuff. The interface will also mimic the iPhone interface, allowing users to watch recorded and live content.
According to Electronista:
“Pricing is also expected to sit at the same $30 of the iPhone, Windows Phone, Symbian and BlackBerry apps.”
If you have a SlingPlayer and an Android device, this will be a must have for your traveling arsenal, especially if you have a TV out option for your phone.
