Jaime King Pregnant, Shares News And Photo On Instagram [Photo]

Jaime King is pregnant, and the 34-year-old Hart of Dixie star announced the happy news by releasing a charming Instagram photograph that includes her, hunky hubby Kyle Newman, and two cuddly pet dogs. “Getting ready for another baby to be squeezed into this picture,” was the caption that Jaime King herself added to the bottom of the photo.

As you can see from our copy below, it’s a very tight squeeze indeed. Both Jaime herself and one of the dogs are partly pushed out of the slightly sepia-toned image.

I wouldn’t have made the choice to cut off part of King’s pretty face, but hey. Apparently, it’s an art project as well as Jaime King’s pregnancy announcement.

The model-turned-TV-star married 37-year-old Newman in late 2007 at Greystone Park and Manor, the place where they went for their very first date. The couple first met on the set of Fanboys, a 2009 comedy directed by Kyle Newman. King had a small cameo in the film.

Although King struggled with drug addiction as a young model, she has come a very long way from her teen-aged party days. And she never let fun interfere with her classic good looks. She appeared in the top fashion magazines of the day, including Vogue, Mademoiselle, and many others.

It has been a good year for Jaime King. Her current TV hit, CW’s Hart of Dixie, was renewed for its third season as of April 26.

Jaime King plays the part of Lemon Breeland, a local Alabama girl who frequently clashes with Zoe Hart, a fish-out-of-water New Yorker who has come to the small town of Bluebell to work as a doctor.

It will be the first child for the happy couple.
