‘Metro: Last Light’ Gets New ‘Redemption’ Trailer [Video]

Metro: Last Light has gotten a brand new trailer titled, Redemption.

The game developers for this title have been rolling out more and more trailers to show off the graphics, ghouls and game play that you will encounter when it finally hits store shelves.

This trailer might be just a little bit different than some of the others because it actually talks about the hope that is felt by the characters in the game. As they work their way through the tunnels, the voice over talks about how the hero of the game is their “last hope.”

Metro: Last Light features the protagonist, Artyom and the voice over is that of the Spartan Order of Rangers’ top sniper, Anna. Throughout the video she lays out just how much is on Artyom’s shoulders and what he has to do in order to save the rest of the group.

While this new video shows the monsters you have to fight off in the dark, it also shows off the human versus human fights that go on during the game.

The game is based on the novel which is written by Dmitry A. Glukhovsky called Metro 2033. A sequel was also published that was simply called Metro 2034. The author has also been working with the game developers in order to put this particular title together while being as true to the novel as possible.

The world that is in the books and in the game is one that doesn’t have a lot of hope or happiness in it. That is one of the reasons that this new trailer was put together to show where the last little bit of hope comes in this particular universe.
