Eastwood At Age 105 Would Love To Be Directing Movies


Even at age 105 Clint Eastwood says he would still love to be directing movies.

As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Clint Eastwood’s wife Dine checked in to rehab recently. Dina Eastwood is currently seeking treatment for depression and anxiety at an Arizona-based facility. Dina is not seeking rehab for substance abuse or anything like that.

Clint Eastwood is also rumored to be starring in Expendables 3, which may have finally gotten a director. Speaking of directing, Clint Eastwood at age 105 would love to be still at the helm directing movies until the final years of his life. Clint Eastwood is currently age 82.

Clint Eastwood is best known for directing Million Dollar Baby and Unforgiven.Clint Eastwood made the age 105 comments while he was at a staged conversation with some of Hollywood’s other great directors.

“It would be great to be 105 and still making films,” Clint Eastwood said. Eastwood is willing to take suggestions from anyone and admits: “You have to steal a lot. You have to have a criminal mentality to be a film director.” Clint Eastwood, age 105, would probably have an easier time getting his ideas produced: “In the early days it was more of a fight. Now, they go, ‘Oh, well, if he’s the old guy.'”

Clint Eastwood spoke about being age 105 at a staged talk at the Tribeca Film Festival following a screening of Richard Schickel’s documentary “Eastwood Directs: The Untold Story.”
