Ben Affleck To Host ‘SNL’ Finale With Kanye West

Ben Affleck and Kanye West will be heading to Saturday Night Live for the season finale on May 18.

This will be the fifth time that Affleck has hosted the show. SNL has made a habit of welcoming celebrities to the “Five Timer’s Club” recently.

Justin Timberlake recently joined the exclusive club with the help of Tom Hanks, Steve Martin, Dan Akroyd, Chevy Chase, Paul Simon and Martin Short. It’s not clear if Ben Affleck will receive the same A-list welcome when he hosts Saturday Night Live for the firth time.

Kanye West will also be making his fifth appearance on the show. Unfortunately, the five-timer’s club doesn’t count musical performances.

Saturday Night Live also announced that Zach Galifianakis will host the show on May 4 with musical guest Of Monsters and Men.

The late night show will also welcome back Kristin Wiig before the end of the season. Wiig left the show at the end of last season to focus on her movie career but recently said that she felt “lost” without her SNL buddies. Well, Wiig will get to step into her old shows when she hosts Saturday Night Live on May 11.

Here’s a look at a skit from one of Ben Affleck’s previous SNL appearances.

Are you looking forward to the finale? Do you think Affleck will get welcomed into the five-timer’s club?
