Glenn Beck Conspiracy Claims Alharbi Treated Like Foreign Diplomat

The Glenn Beck conspiracy theory about the Boston bombing is claiming Saudi national Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi was treated like a foreign diplomat.

As previously reported by The Inquisitr, the Glenn Beck conspiracy claims Alharbi was supposedly in violation of section 212 3B of the Immigration and Nationality Act, citing “security and related grounds” and “terrorist activities.”

Glenn Beck claims Secretary of State John Kerry reportedly met with the Saudi Arabian ambassador behind closed doors and arranged for Alharbi to be released. The Glenn Beck conspiracy is being endorsed by New Hampshire lawmaker Stella Tremblay, who says, “There’s just too many things going on that, to me, doesn’t make any sense. … Are you that blind that you’re not willing to ask questions of your government?”

In regards to the Glenn Beck conspiracy, Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano said on Tuesday that “authorities questioned a Saudi student who reportedly was on a terror watchlist,” but then backtracked, saying Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi was only put on a terror watchlist while being interviewed by the FBI.

Napolitano denies the Glenn Beck conspiracy has any truth to it and in response Glenn Beck says she could serve “jail time for perjury”:

“It is so rare that somebody’s name is taken off [the terror watchlist] outside of death, that none of ours sources can tell us that it’s ever happened. It is laughable what Janet Napolitano said yesterday.”

Previously, Glenn Beck promised he would release more information over the week. This morning Glenn Beck released a photo of the cover letter of the terror watchlist event file, details about the file’s creation, and attempts to delete all versions of the file.

The documents in support of the Glenn Beck conspiracy claim Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi was originally indicated as being “armed and dangerous.”? Alharbi was reportedly given a student visa along with a “special advisory option,” which is claimed to be reserved for visiting foreign politicians, VIPs, or journalists. This writer could not determine whether this supposedly special designation would give diplomatic immunity to Alharbi in the event of a crime.

The Glenn Beck conspiracy also alleges ICE is lying about Alharbi’s pending deportation being due to an expired visa. Alharbi’s visa is reportedly good until November 11, 2016. The system for these event files supposedly keeps track of any changes, and Glenn Beck claims “someone later went in and tried to destroy both the original event file and an amended versions” but not before “copies had already been made.”
