Faceborked: Facebook issues today? You’re not alone

If you’ve been unable to upload photos and have been getting 404’d all morning on Facebook, it’s not just you.

Connectivity issues on the popular social networking site are so pervasive that “Facebook problems” has become a popular trending topic on Twitter, and disgruntled Tweeters are posting about their varied Facebook difficulties today. Mashable reports that common Facebook problems today include Facebook app connectivity, site load issues, 404 errors, unsuccessful photo uploads/editing and mobile Facebook app errors. Users are also complaining of inability to login, and Google searches querying if there is a widespread Facebook outage or if Facebook has been hacked are way up.

Facebook has responded to the legions of frustrated users via a single tweet on their official Twitter account:

Some people are having trouble accessing Facebook and site features because of an isolated server issue. We are working to fix this ASAP.
