Jodi Arias Tweets From Behind Bars, Lays Into Prosecutor

Maricopa County, AZ – Jodi Arias tweets from behind bars, it has been revealed, even as her murder trial continues at Maricopa County Supreme Court in Arizona.

Moreover, the 32-year-old, who has admitted to killing boyfriend Travis Alexander in 2008, isn’t holding anything back. Recent Jodi Arias tweets include digs at prosecutor Juan Martinez, accusing the attorney of having “Little Man Syndrome.”

Tweeting under the handle @jodiannarias, the murder suspect is currently followed by 14,000 people.

Referring to an occasion when Martinez shouted and jabbed his finger at her during questioning, an April 5 tweet reads:

“Hmm… Anger Management problems anyone?”

A later tweet, since deleted, reads:

“Those afflicted with Little Man’s Syndrome taint society’s perception of genuinely good men who happen to be vertically challenged.”

More recent Jodi Arias tweets have directed users to her website, where she is auctioning off pieces of artwork.

Fox News reports that the Twitter account is managed by Donavan Bering, a friend of Arias who updates the account after speaking to the accused killer on the phone.

Arias maintains she was acting in self-defense when she stabbed Travis Alexander 29 times, slit his throat, and shot him in the head. She claims Alexander attacked her, and that she was forced to fight for her life.

She has admitted to attempting to clean the scene of the crime, and confesses she dumped a gun in the desert while working on an alibi to avoid suspicion. Arias says Alexander had become increasingly violent towards her in the months leading up to his murder.

Jodi Arias faces a possible death sentence if convicted of first-degree murder.
