Playboy Bunny House Hits The Market
The Playboy Bunny house is going up for sale.
According to TMZ, the 6,000 square foot home in Holmy Hills, which was featured on the show The Girls Next Door, hit the market this week. The home is being listed for $11 million.
The Playboy bunny house, also known as the bunny hutch, sits on 1.3 acres of land and is just a few doors down from the famous Playboy mansion. It features 5 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, a waterfall, and a pool.
The mansion may sound like a sexy piece of real estate, but, according to Real Estalker, the bunny hutch is a little worn down.
The real estate website writes: “To be honest with y’all the property looks a bit on the scungy side for a house in this particular neck of hoity toity L.A. The neighbors probably hate it.”
The Playboy bunny house has had some famous and beautiful residents. Playboy playmate Jayde Nicole and Amazing Race contestant Jaime Edmondson both lived at the Holmy Hills mansion.
