Logitech Squeezebox Touch Gets A Long Delay

The Logitech Squeezebox Touch has been on pre-order for months now, and while they were due to start hitting customers doorsteps in December, we’ve learned that yet another delay has occurred. The newest delay? At least several months!

The Squeezebox Touch was first announced in September 2009 with a December 2009 release date given by the company. Logitech would later push the release to February 2009 and now? we’re looking at no earlier than April or May 2010.

No official reason for the new delay has been provided by Logitech, however rumors are pointing to software issues, specifically the companies latest streaming software, not a big surprise considering the relatively low powered options founds on the device. [SlashGear]
