Three ‘Real Housewives Of New Jersey’ Stars To Be Charged In Assault Case

Three Real Housewives of New Jersey cast members will be charged with assault and terroristic threats following an altercation at a clothing boutique this past weekend.

Municipal Judge David Pfund ruled Thursday that there was sufficient probable cause for the charges against Jacqueline and Christopher Laurita and Giuseppe “Joe” Gorga.

John Karagiorgis of Paramus, New Jersey, claimed that Gorga attacked him Saturday night at the opening of DePaola’s Posche 2 boutique opening in Ridgewood. The incident started when Gorga accused the man of spreading rumors about his wife, Melissa, and Karagiorgis claimed that Terese Giudice was the one who gave him the information. Christopher Laurita also got involved after Karagiorgis allegedly made fun of his and Jacqueline’s autistic son.

That’s when the fight broke out.

“Jonathan was not backing down, and that’s when they all started to exchange blows,” a source toldRadar Online. “Jacqueline kicked off her shoes and b***h smacked Jonathan on the back of his head! This is where the Manzo boys [came] along and Lauren Manzo jumped in out of nowhere to break up the fight!”

Karagiogris claimed he still had the imprint of Jacqueline Laurita‘s stiletto heel on his forehead.

Jennifer Dunn, who co-owns Moxie Salon, which is located in the same space as Posche 2, said, “It was a huge brawl. Three of Kim D’s clothes racks were destroyed and three of our custom sinks were broken.”

Dunn added, “There was blood on the walls.”

Bravo cameras captured the entire incident.

The Lauritas and Gorga filed a countersuit against Karagiorgis Thursday, and a probable cause hearing will be held at a future date, police said. Karagiorgis denied the allegations that he made fun of the Lauritas’ son, writing on Twitter:
