D-Link AC1200 Dual Band Cloud Router Goes On Sale In US
The D-Link Wireless AC1200 Dual Band Gigabit Cloud Router was last spotted at CES 2013, and now it is finally making its way to market.
The Cloud Router was listed for sale in the US on Sunday with a price tag of $130.
The AC1200 offers dual-band speeds on the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands with speeds up to 300Mbps and 867Mbps for 802.11a, b, g, n, and ac devices.
The D-Link AC1200 is accompanied by a mobile app that allows for remote access and control. The app called “mydLink” is available for iOS and Android devices. The program allows for very simple streamlined management of a users home network, even when located at a remote location. DLink also allows configuration through the mydlink web portal.
The AC1200 Dual Band Gigabit Cloud Router also features a built-in USB 3.0 port that can be utilized with the SharePort Mobile app for photo, video, and other content sharing via a connected external drive.
The router is built with four Gigabit Ethernet ports for added wired connectivity.
