GroupSwim: SaaS Social Collaboration

GroupSwim offers an on-demand community solution for businesses that provides discussion-based communities that identify problems, find solutions, answer questions, and share ideas.

GroupSwim captures the best, most trusted community information and transforms it into actionable knowledge around a central point. The company claims it’s filling a gap in the marketplace by providing intelligent communities for businesses at a low price point that is easy to use and set-up.

GroupSwim’s product is targeted at medium to large businesses in the $5 million to $1 billion in revenue range and in high-tech and media verticals. To use, a 50 person business pays $450 a month with 20GB of storage while a 1,000 person business would pay $58.20/ user a year with 200GB of storage.

The demo video is above but the key takeaway points is that GroupSwim powers discussions, emails, files, (and soon) wikis then adds a semantic treatment layer to (as they call it) make the “knowledge smarter.”

GroupSwim has offices in San Francisco and Stockholm, Sweden.
