Lil Wayne Hospitalized Again Due To Seizures [Report]
Lil Wayne was reportedly hospitalized this week after suffering multiple seizures.
According to TMZ, the singer was shooting a music video in Los Angeles when he started having seizures. He was then taken to Cedars-Sinai hospital. Weezy was released early Wednesday morning.
Weezy hasn’t commented on his recent health scare.
This isn’t the first time that the singer has been hospitalized with seizures. Last October the singer suffered seizures on two separate occasions. Wayne initially denied that anything happened but later admitted that he was prescribed medication from his doctor to deal with the seizures.
At the time, a rep for the singer said: “Lil Wayne was successfully released from the hospital after being treated for a severe migraine and dehydration. He is at home on doctor mandated rest and will return to work soon. He appreciates all of his fans for their support and love.”
At the time of his last episode, Nicki Minaj assured fans that there was nothing to worry about.
Minaj said: “Everybody that’s around him is taking care of him. Wayne has so many people around him that truly, genuinely love him. I’m not worried at all. Even him being on the plane, thank God that there was somebody there right away that was able to help him. I’m just thankful that he was OK.”
