Katherine Heigl’s Mansion Sold, Take A Look Inside The Star’s Former Home


Katherine Heigl’s mansion sold, so she and country singer husband Josh Kelley can now move on. The Los Feliz estate boasted a hefty $2.65 million asking price. The closing price on the Knocked Up leading lady’s home has not yet been disclosed.

Josh Kelley and Katherine Heigl’s mansion included four bedrooms, and a swimming pool with a cabana. The movie star’s Los Feliz Southern colonial style estate also included a chef’s kitchen.

The celebrity couple has two daughters. The Heigl-Kelley family wants to move to a new home that is large enough to accommodate their growing family, Radar Online notes.

Katherine Heigl’s daughters Nalaigh and Adalaide will likely be very excited to decorate the bedrooms of their new home one day soon. Photos of Katherine Heigl’s mansion posted on Zillow show a very well-kept and attractive Los Feliz property.

The couple married in 2007. Heigl reportedly purchased the Los Feliz estate not long after exchanging vows with the country music star.

In addition to her breakout role on Knocked Up, the star is gained popularity for 27 Dresses, and Life as We Know It. Heigl also portrayed Dr. Izzie Stevens on the hit television show, Grey’s Anatomy.

As previously reported by The Inquisitr, the movie star placed her home on the Los Feliz real estate market last fall. The Southern colonial mansion features white pillars on the front porch and a bold red door.

The master suite of Katherine Heigl’s former California estate includes a spa style bath and a very spacious walk-in closet. Hardwood floors which appear to run through many of the rooms add to the rustic charm, creating an old-fashioned Southern feel to the home.

Neutral paint colors coincide with the overall Southern colonial theme.

The Los Feliz mansion formerly owned by the movie star encompasses 3,690 square feet.

Outdoor living areas at the former Heigl mansion are dotted with orange trees and colorful flowers.

The celebrity couple and their adorable daughters likely enjoyed spending time on the private patio and deck attached to the home.

Josh Kelley and Katherine Heigl reportedly sold a Los Angeles home for $965,000 in 2011, before moving into the Los Feliz estate.
