When first glancing at the Airstash device, you may think it’s a thumb drive, but closer research will reveal that it’s actually a pocket-sized media server that works with the iPhone and iPod Touch devices.

Files are stored on an SD card which is then placed inside the device, allowing users to expand their memory capacity as needed. Simple plug the unit into your system and you’re ready to go or so we’ve been told.

Gizmodo believes the unit will ultimately be available for more than just Apple devices, however we can’t be for certain until later this week at CES when the unit officially debuts.
