For $600,000, you could buya a six bedroom house in Phoenix, Arizona. You could also pay $600,000 to lease a house in Beverly Hills for one month.

According to the Epoch Times, the Mediterranean style mansion recently hit the market and is currently being rented out for $600,000 a month.

So what does $600,000 get you? The Mediterranean-style mansion in Beverly Hills has 17 bedrooms, 28 bathrooms, a two story library, a movie theater and a billiards room. It also has 22 foot ceilings and is located on 3.7 acres of manicured gardens and lawns.

In addition the luxurious amenities, the home also has a rich history.

It was built in the 1920’s by banker Milton Getz and has housed several celebrities. Actress Marion Davis and publish William Randolph Hearst have both lived at the mansion. The house has also been used in movies like The Godfather and The Bodyguard and was used by John F. Kennedy and Jacqueline Onassis on their honeymoon.

The LA Times notes that the home was originally listed for $165 million. The price dropped to $95 million a few years ago but has now been restored by its fourth owner attorney-investor Leonard Ross. The house is now on the market for $115 million. And if you don’t want to put that much money down you can lease it for $600,000 a month.
