Now, make that record 40-0 as he scored a TRO against Atlanta Sports & Entertainment Marketing from using floydmayweather.net. The website is being operated without his permission. U.S. district Court Judge Philip Pro set a May 28 hearing on a preliminary injunction, ordered the domain name frozen, and declared Mayweather likely to succeed on the arguments of the cybersquatting case.

The website, calling itself as Mayweather’s official fans club, solicits $50 for membership.
