‘BioShock Infinite’ Releases ‘Lamb Of Columbia’ Trailer [Video]

2K Games has dropped a new BioShock Infinite trailer entitled “Lamb of Columbia.”

The video gives gamers a chance to see sidekick Elizabeth in action. In addition some impressive cutscenes, the latest trailer showcases how the character fits into the gameplay. A few of Elizabeth’s many powers are glimpsed in the video you see embedded below.

The “Lamb of Columbia” trailer came with the following description:

“To clear his debt, Booker DeWitt must rescue a mysterious girl from the sky-city of Columbia. But who is this girl? What makes her so powerful, and why are so many willing to do anything to keep her from escaping? More importantly … what price will you pay to set her free?”

BioShock Infinite will put players in control of Booker DeWitt, the agent who is sent to the flying city of Columbia to rescue a girl named Elizabeth. Since this is a video game, Booker and Elizabeth soon find themselves battling an array of adversaries using an impressive arsenal of weaponry.

After four years of development, the next highly-anticipated installment of BioShock is slated to hit retail shelves this March. When the title finally arrives, it will be available for Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and PC.

During his chat with Destructoid last year, Irrational Games’ Ken Levine revealed that the company currently has no intention of releasing Infinite for the Nintendo Wii U.

Levine said:

“We never had any news on the Wii U. I bought one and I like it. I play games on it! But in terms of development, nothing is brewing right now.”
