Burglars Find Student House Empty, Trash It With Epic Party [Pics]

What’s the worst thing that can happen to you when you go on vacation? To one Reddit user, the answer is having your home broken into and trashed by party-loving burglars while you’re away.

Reddit user XyiSti posted several images of his house, which he found trashed after he had been out of town. As a student, he shares the house with his four roommates, all of whom were gone, reports MSN.

While gone, the house was apparently broken into, burglarized, and completely trashed by a group of people who decided to throw a party in the vacant home.

The damage? You can see in our gallery of destruction below, but XyiSti came back to find broken drywall, smashed furniture, graffiti, the list goes on and on. The worst part of the story is that the house is located in student housing, so no one thought to call the cops when they heard partying and maniacal destruction.

“It’s a student housing area, almost every house in the zone are student homes so a lot of noise and parties go on here with no complaints… I heard from a neighbor that I missed out and that it was an awesome party.”

Ouch. There is one silver lining. Apparently they had renter’s insurance.
