Kim Kardashian Sells Mansion In Beverly Hills

Kim Kardashian sold her Beverly Hills mansion this week.

The reality star, who is still trying to finalize her divorce from Kris Humphries, sold the 4,000 square-foot estate that was frequently featured on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Real estate site Trulia reports that Kim sold the five bedroom mansion to an undisclosed buyer at an undisclosed price.

Trulia describes the newly sold mansion, writing:

“The home is a gated, Tuscan-style estate. It is exquisitely designed and crafted with detail ironwork, dark hardwood floors and French doors. Aside from the five-bedrooms, the home also has a media room. Outside, a resort-like yard has pool, spa, waterfall, outdoor living room and dining room.”

E! Online reports that Kardashian purchased the mansion for $3.5 million in 2010 and has been trying to sell it for about $5 million.

So where will Kim be living now? The reality star recently purchased an $11 million estate in Bel Air with Kanye West. The two are expecting their first child this summer and Kim is doing her best to get rid of all the memories from her previous marriage.

Kim may have been able to get rid of her mansion with relative ease but the reality star will have to face Humphries in court later this year.
