Congressman’s Bikini Model Twitter Friend Is His Real Daughter [Report]

A Valentine’s Day revelation: The college co-ed that Congressman Steve Cohen was tweeting during President Obama’s State of the Union address was reportedly his secret daughter from a previous relationship.

Cohen, 63, a Democrat from Tennessee, was caught exchanging what he apparently thought were direct messages with college co-ed Victoria Brink, 24, during the SOTU.

After receiving a tweet from Brink about just seeing him on TV, Rep. Cohen responded: “nice to know you were watchin SOTU (state of the union). Happy Valentines beautiful girl. ilu.”

Cohen initially claimed that Brink was the daughter of a long-time friend. But he has now admitted to NBC News that that’s only part of the story:

“That old family friend turned out to be an old girlfriend of Cohen’s and Victoria Brink’s mother …

” ‘When she let me know she was watching the State of the Union address I was thrilled that she wanted Steve Cohen to be part of her. I had such joy, that I couldn’t hold back from tweeting her,’ said Cohen.

“The congressman would not elaborate on how he only found out three years ago that he had a daughter. He said circumstances led him to search on Google for the mother of his child.

” ‘I googled her mother, found out she had a child and the math looked pretty accurate,’ he said. ‘The mom told me we had a lot of catching up to do.’ “

Victoria Brink apparently has not publicly admitted that Steve Cohen is her father but has visited him in Washington and he has taken her on a tour of Capitol Hill and the White House.
