Justin Bieber is buying pizza for Saturday Night Live fans waiting in the cold.
Justin Bieber cheered up dozens of fans who lined up outside NBC’s 30 Rock Center to win standby tickets to see Saturday Night Live for an episode featuring the undefeatable Justin Bieber. On Friday, the superstar bought a pizza for the group of devoted “Beliebers” waiting in freezing temperatures for the chance to see him perform.
On Friday, Saturday Night Live‘s Twitter account tweeted along with a photo of smiling, bundled up fans holding a box of pizza:
“It’s a standby line pizza party courtesy of @justinbieber and the awesome people on his team!”
According to Access Hollywood, Justin Bieber later tweeted:
“Everyone outside be safe. Enjoy the pizza 😉 #BIEBERonSNL”
Earlier this week, Canadian-born Justin Bieber went on Twitter to give his millions of loyal followers an update on SNL rehearsals:
“The cast is awesome. So positive. Make the process fun. I’m excited. Laughed all day today but gonna be a lot of work. We ready!”
Justin Bieber, 18, served as a musical guest on the late night comedy back in 2010 and has since done a few sketches and a digital short. He returns to the SNL stage to host and perform on Saturday.
According to MTV News, the Justin Bieber – headlined Saturday Night Live will take place as scheduled, despite the snowy storm weather. An SNL rep reported:
“We will start giving the tickets out at 6 pm intermittently until 11 pm tonight. In addition, we always pass out soup to the stand-by line in cold months and will be doing so today.”
With Justin Bieber buying pizza for his fans waiting for the chance to see him on Saturday Night Live, it’s refreshing to see him in positive news again. Are you excited to see him in dual roles on SNL?
