20th Century Fox continues its aggressive promotional push for the upcoming action flick A Good Day To Die Hard.
The studio has dropped several clips on the unsuspecting masses in the past few weeks to build buzz for the upcoming sequel. Following a handful of new footage released earlier this week, Fox has unveiled a new behind-the-scene featurette showcasing a brief chat with stars Bruce Willis and Jai Courtney.
Yahoo! Movies got the first look at the featuette embedded below. In addition to showing off some new footage for A Good Day to Die Hard, the clip allows stars Willis and Courtney to discuss their respective characters.
The clip runs through the elements that constitute a well-rounded Die Hard experience. The cast and crew also discuss what sets this particular flick apart from the other entries in the long-running series. However, it would seem that director John Moore and screenwriter Skip Woods aren’t straying too far from what made the series popular in the first place.
Here’s the official synopsis:
“Iconoclastic, take-no-prisoners cop John McClane for the first time finds himself on foreign soil after traveling to Moscow to help his wayward son Jack — unaware that Jack is really a highly-trained CIA operative out to stop a nuclear weapons heist. With the Russian underworld in pursuit, and battling a countdown to war, the two McClanes discover their opposing methods make them unstoppable heroes.”
A Good Day to Die Had, which marks the fifth installment of the franchise, rolls into theaters this February. However, this isn’t the only film Bruce Willis is offering up this year. In addition to the upcoming action-comedy Red 2, the veteran actor will appear in Frank Miller and Robert Rodriguez’s Sin City: A Dame to Kill For.
The behind-the-scenes featurette has been embedded below.
