Beyonce’s Father Accused Of Threatening His Son’s ‘Babymother’ As Child Support Dispute Continues

Beyonce’s father’s extra-curricular activities have hit the headlines again.

Mathew Knowles, the father and former manager of Beyonce, has been accused of “threatening” behavior towards the mother of his two-year-old son, amid an ongoing dispute over child support payments.

In 2009, Alexandra Wright first alleged that 62-year-old Knowles was the father of her son Nixon, who was born in Feburary 2010.

A DNA test later confirmed Wright’s claim — and according to TMZ Knowles began paying his former mistress between $7,500 and $12,000 a month in child support.

That confirmation effectively put an end to Knowles’ 30 year plus marriage to Beyonce’s mother, Tina Knowles, and shortly afterwards Beyonce severed her professional relationship with her father after 15 years.

Now Wright alleges that Knowles sent her a threatening email in 2011, writing:

“You hurt my family. There’s a price to pay.”

As a result, Wright has now filed legal documents asking the family court to increase her monthly child support payments so that she can afford security for her child, Entertainmentwise reports.

Wright is also asking the family court judge to increase her monthly payments so that she can send her son to a secure private school.

For his part, Knowles is apparently more than willing to pay the school fees and says the only reason for the hold-up is that he and Wright have yet to agree on a school for Nixon.

Knowles reportedly also believes the judge could reduce rather than increase his financial obligation as his earnings have dramatically reduced since he and Beyonce parted ways, TMZ notes.
