Victoria’s Secret Model Constance Jablonski Sued For $3.3 Million [Photos]

Victoria’s Secret model Constance Jablonski is being sued by her former modeling agency after she left to work for a rival.

Marilyn Modeling Agency is suing Jablonski for $3.3 million. The lawsuit says that the agency made Jablonski who she is and that they helped her get work with Chanel, Burberry, and other designer companies.

According to the Daily Mail, the modeling agency is also suing DNA Model Management for “poaching” the 21-year-old model.

Jablonski started modeling with Marilyn in 2008 and signed an exclusive contract to stay with the agency through September 2014 after she made her first appearance in the 2011 Victoria’s Secret runway show. Marilyn Modeling Agency said Jablonski made approximately $1.8 million a year.

The lawsuit, which was filed Wednesday in Manhattan Supreme Court, said, “DNA’s wrongful conduct is for the purpose of destablizing Marilyn’s business, and causing irreparable damage to its image (and) reputation.”

Jablonski addressed the situation on Twitter, writing:

“With a New Year comes new beginnings. After my bookers, many of those I began with at Marilyn and my dearest Marilyn Gaultier left the… agency this past year, I decided to move on to DNA.

“I’m very excited with the move and I hope you are too!! Wishing all my friends from…. Marilyn all the best with their new beginnings. Thank you to all of you followers and fans, for always supporting me!!”

Jablonski is currently the face of Estée Lauder and is also one of the youngest models to sign a contract with the cosmetics company.

Constance Jablonski, who is currently on a list of Top 50 models, has two Vogue covers coming out next month.
