Kentucky College Shooting Leaves Two Dead [Breaking]


Two people were fatally shot, leaving a teen wounded in the parking lot of an eastern Kentucky community college. A police dispatcher says the shooting happened Tuesday afternoon at Hazard Community and Technical college that left two dead.

The injured teen has been taken to the hospital at the University of Kentucky, says the Wall Street Journal.

The evening coordinator Conor Duff said the shootings happened at about 4:30 pm at the Kentucky college campus about two hours drive from Lexington. Mr. Duff said police then went through the school’s two buildings to ensure the safety of everyone else. The school is on lockdown.

According to FOX News, two people turned themselves in to Kentucky state police. Spokesman Tony Watts reports state police are not investigating.
