Lily Allen Isn’t Dangerous to Americans or Photogs

Lily Allen got her visa yesterday to come to the United States and finish her album– finally! Most of her problems seem to stem from her photog scuffle in 2007, but the Visa King has allowed Lily to come back to L.A. and finish recording.

The troublemaking songstress, who was spotted at the BMI Awards last night getting an award for “Smile,” said that “It means I can go and tour there and finish what I started, which is something I’ve wanted to do for a while.” So does that mean it’s not totally her label’s fault?

Lily was full of info on the red carpet, also telling us that she has changed the name of her album to “It’s Not Me, It’s You” from the previous “Stuck on the Naughty Step.” Good choice? I say yes!

  1. Her, scuffle, was a minor incident, blown out of proportion by Kevin Rush. It happened 14 months ago, and Rush, scratched his nose, with his own camera(when she tried to pull it away) and then he pressed charges. Lily Allen was ''not' arrested, she walked into the police station, and answered a few questions. The press has been, hostile toward, her every move ever since. Her album release date has prevented her from touring, (how can you tour when you have nothing to promote?) The prior incident hasn't held things up. Full Steam Ahead!
