Driver Backs Over Police Car

A car is pulled over for a speeding ticket, the driver isn’t happy, but that’s really nothing new, but what happens next is. Because this Buffalo Grove, Ill. driver was so upset that he backed his vehicle on top of an officer’s car….and the whole thing was caught on camera.
