Lindsay Lohan Accused Of Stealing Elizabeth Taylor’s Bracelet During ‘Liz & Dick’ Filming

Lindsay Lohan is being accused of stealing a bracelet that once belonged to Elizabeth Taylor, whom the beleaguered actress recently portrayed in the Lifetime television movie, Liz & Dick.

A source told RadarOnline that Lohan had befriended Taylor’s longtime nurse while she was filming the biopic.

“Elizabeth had given the nurse an expensive bracelet that was very meaningful to her and the nurse absolutely cherished it,” the source said. “Lindsay immediately fell in love with the bracelet the minute she saw it and was very vocal about how much she admired it. A short time later, the bracelet disappeared from the nurse’s house … on the very same day Lindsay had been to visit.”

The source went on to say that the nurse, who has not identified, gave Lohan the benefit of the doubt and thought Lohan simply forgot to take the bracelet off after she tried it on.

“However, that theory was soon shot down after she called Lindsay and she swore she did not take the bracelet and categorically denied having it in her possession,” the source continued. “The nurse knew that was a blatant lie as the bracelet disappeared after Lindsay was at the house and she knew that it had to have been Lindsay who took it.”

The nurse was finally able to get the bracelet back a week later after threatening to call the police on Lohan. The source said the nurse “was extremely upset about what had transpired.”

Lohan said the nurse had given her one of Taylor’s furs as a result of their friendship.

Lohan has been in trouble for stealing before. She is currently on probation for stealing a $25,000 necklace.
