Donald Trump demands $5 million from comedian Bill Maher after giving up his birth certificate. Bill Maher had made the bluff for $5 million, demanding that Donald Trump prove he was not “spawn of his mother having sex with an orangutan.” With questions of bestiality now set aside, Trump is impatiently waiting to see if Maher will hold up his end of the deal.
Donald Trump had promised a major announcement in the run up to the 2012 election, which he released on YouTube:
“I have a deal for the president. If Barack Obama opens up and gives his college records and applications and if he gives his passport applications and records I will give to a charity of his choice—inner-city children in Chicago, American Cancer Society, AIDS research, anything he wants—a check immediately for $5 million.”
This announcement failed to impress, but people still remember it. As reported by News Max, “Obama laughed off the challenge on his own Tonight Show appearance, telling Leno that his disagreements with Trump dated “back to when we were growing up together in Kenya.'”
Bill Maher made another $5 million dare on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno in response to Trump’s controversial birther campaign against President Barack Obama. Trump has complied by providing a copy of his New York City birth certificate.
In case Bill Maher complies with Donald Trump’s demands of $5 million, The Donald has chosen his top five charities already. According to Yahoo News, Dylan Stableford, Trump’s lawyer Scott Balber writes to Maher:
“Attached hereto is a copy of Mr. Trump’s birth certificate, demonstrating that he is the son of Fred Trump, not an orangutan. Please remit the $5 million to Mr. Trump immediately and he will ensure that the money be donated to the following five charities in equal amounts: Hurricane Sandy Victims, The Police Athletic League, The American Cancer Society, The March of Dimes, and The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.”
First on his list is of donations is Hurricane Sandy Relief, which recently made the news on The Inquisitr because Congress delayed a pork-barrel stuffed bill for weeks. All of these charities are deserving of money and many believe that Trump played a wise game here.
