Petra Ecclestone, the socialite wife of Formula 1 boss Bernie Eccelestone, reportedly put her $51.5 million London mansion on the market. The 23-year-old woman’s real estate portfolio is reportedly massive. In 2012, Petra reportedly purchased a $85 million Hollywood mansion owned by Candy Spelling.

Ecclestone’s London mansion is located in the upscale neighborhood of Belgravia on Eaton Square. The spacious townhouse encompasses 7,995 square feet, six bathrooms, six bedrooms, and three “reception rooms, according to Radar Online.

Details about Petra’s mansion shared in the Knight Franks Properties listing read:

“This stunning property enjoys exceptional room proportions and ceiling heights including a grand first floor drawing room. The house also benefits from a cinema room, gym, west facing roof terrace, passenger lift, staff flat, double garage and air conditioning.”

The $51.5 million London mansion is not likely decorated with a lot of “girlie” décor or patterns. During an interview with W Magazine, Petra stated that she has a masculine taste. and most of the mansion boasts a sexy, boudoir feel. Ecclestone had this to say during the interview:

“The living room is the only light room, everything else is very dark and kind of sexy. You’re not scared if you stain something.”

The London mansion listing also notes that the “freehold house” has a “grand” drawing room on the first floor and exceptional ceiling heights and room proportions. Petra Ecclestone’s mansion is reportedly in the heart of the exclusive neighborhood with an internationally known address. The London townhouse is allegedly located to the “world class amenities” the Knightsbridge neighborhood offers. A plethora of upscale shops and gourmet restaurants are located nearby on Elizabeth and Motcomb Street.
