Charlie Sheen Goes To Court To Testify Against Former Mother-In-Law

Charlie Sheen is headed to court.

The actor isn’t the one on trial, however, but instead he’s been summoned to testify in real estate dispute involving his former mother-in-law. His ex-wife Brooke Mueller’s mother Moira Fiore filed a lawsuit over allegations that she lost out on a commissioner when Sheen bought a home, with the money instead going to his real estate agent, Marty Trugman.

“Fiore claims the Wall Street star asked her to find him a property, and she enlisted Trugman when he allegedly promised to hand over 25 per cent of his commission.

“She maintains Trugman failed to hand over her earnings from the sale, but he tells TMZ.com he never agreed to split the fee.”

Charlie Sheen isn’t the only one taking the stand in the trial. Brooke Mueller has also been named as a key witness, though TMZ notes that “she’s a drug addict so her credibility is shaky, to say the least.”

Brooke’s battle with addiction has been very public in recent months. In December, she went to rehab but left after just six days. While she was there,she left her children in the care of another one of Charlie Sheen’s exes, Denise Richards. Mueller has reportedly been in rehab close to 20 times in recent years.

Forr his part, Charlie has said that Fiore is “skimming the deal,” and, if she gets any money out of the case, it should go to him or his twin sons with Mueller.

In fact, Charlie Sheen wasn’t even subpoenaed by Brooke Mueller’s mom but instead by Trugman.
