MMA Fighter Ray Elbe was rushed to a hospital in Malaysia earlier this month for a gruesome injury requiring 10 stitches. You might be wondering who he fought and what happened to him in what round, but this isn’t that kind of story. This is the other kind of story. The sex kind of story.

Elbe competed on “Ultimate Fighter 9,” but no amount of mixed martial arts prowess or experience could have prepared him for the horrifying injury he suffered this month. He broke his penis during sex, reports TMZ.

Elbe himself opened up about the traumatic experience in graphic detail in a YouTube video, and his sad explanation of what led him to break his own penis is equal parts horrifying (for the male persuasion) and also kind of hilarious (mostly owing to Elbe’s frank and deadpan explaining).

The Ultimate Fighter vet explained that he was having sex with his girlfriend who was “on top” when … let’s just skip the sex stuff and say she crushed Elbe’s erect penis. He said that his penis “fractured” and that “blood was everywhere” and that he immediately passed out form the pain.

He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he underwent surgery to close the wound and repair a “slight tear” in his urinary tube. He said his post-surgical pain was so intense that his member was “throbbing with each heart beat.”

He’ll make a full recovery, but in the meantime, he has been ordered to take “anti-erection pills” for two weeks.

Elbe also crudely explained that “In an attempt to make it up to me … [my GF] has promised me a threesome of my choice when we get to the Philippines … which usually has some solid talent.”
