Rapper Tyga Crashes Lamborghini

Young Money rapper Tyga recently showed off his Lamborghini Aventador on Twitter. But Tyga wasn’t showing off any of the $375,000 car’s amazing features. Nope, 23-year-old rapper was showing off the scrapes and dents left on his luxury car after he crashed it in snowy ditch.

Tyga, real name Michael Ray Nguyen-Stevenson, posted the photo on Twitter.

Tyga wrote:

“Just crashed my lambo. Thank God for the seatbelt.”

Little is known about the actual crash but it doesn’t appear that Tyga was hurt. The car suffered a few bumps and scratches but Yahoo Auto notes that the Aventador has a carbon fiber frame so there probably wasn’t too much damage.

And hey, Tyga at least made it passed the test drive stage. Earlier this year a man in California wrecked a $375,000 Aventador during a test drive.

Tyga has been ticketed for reckless driving in the past and now that the rapper has a new Lamborghini, one that can go 0 to 62 mph in just 2.9 seconds, it’s not too surprising to see the car lying in a ditch.

It’s unclear how fast Tyga was driving at the time of the crash or what caused him to drive off the road, but judging solely on the lyrics to the rapper’s song Do My Dance, it was probably speed. Tyga sings: “Lamborghini? You don’t even see me.”

Tyga, of course, isn’t the only celebrity to have problems driving this year. He’s the only one to crash a Lamborghini so far but Lindsay Lohan, Amanda Bynes, and dozens of NFL and NBA players have been pulled over for reckless driving or DUIs.
