Vanessa Paradis Named Face of New Chanel Lipstick

New York, NY (CNS) – Nearly 20 years after her first campaign with the luxury brand, Chanel has chosen actress, singer, model Vanessa Paradis as the face of their Rouge Coco de Chanel lipstick. The campaign and lipstick will launch in 2010.

Paradis first promoted for Chanel in 1991, when she was the face of their Coco fragrance, posing in a birdcage and dressed in feathers. In 2003, she modeled for Chanel’s Ligne Cambon handbags and returned again 2005 for the New Mademoiselle handbag.

The 36-year-old mother of two, who had Lily-Rose and Jack with Hollywood star Johnny Depp, is also releasing a best of compilation compromised of her French music hits.
