Jenelle Evans Offers Update On Her Relationship With Her Mother, Will She Be Included In ‘Teen Mom 2’ Wedding?
Jenelle Evans opened up about her strained relationship with mother Barbara during an interview with E! News on July 11.
After confirming her wedding date earlier this month, the Teen Mom 2 star admitted that not much has changed between her and her mom since the two attended a custody hearing at the end of spring, in which Evans failed to regain custody of her son Jace.
“We are in the same situation,” the reality star explained to E! News‘ Ken Baker.
According to Jenelle Evans, she was awarded with visitation during her court date months ago but when it comes to her relationship with Barbara, the Teen Mom 2 star said that her mother was still bent out of shape over the ongoing grudge she’s been holding. As fans will recall, Jenelle Evans feels that her mother should give Jace back to her after raising him since shortly after his birth in 2009.
While Jenelle Evans still wants custody of her oldest child, she isn’t hopeful for a future reconciliation with her mother, and when it comes to her upcoming wedding with David Eason, it is unlikely that Barbara will be in attendance.
As Jenelle Evans explained, her relationship with her mother appears to be “lost” and she doesn’t think there is a chance at getting it back on track.
In other Jenelle Evans news, The Ashley’s Reality Roundup recently told readers that the upcoming nuptials of her and her fiance, David Eason, would be filmed for an upcoming season of Teen Mom 2.
The Ashley’s Reality Roundup also revealed that while Barbara Evans wasn’t expected to be in attendance at the upcoming wedding of her daughter, she wouldn’t be the only one left off of the guest list. As the outlet revealed, Evans’ Teen Mom 2 co-stars also didn’t make the cut.
