Brad Pitt And Angelina Jolie’s Divorce Inspires Actor To Create Art

Brad Pitt is turning a negative into a positive.

As his divorce from Angelina Jolie continues to play out, the 53-year-old actor has reportedly channeled his rollercoaster of emotions into some seriously impressive artwork.

According to a new report, Brad Pitt and his estranged wife are keeping a low profile after parting ways last year, and as they co-parent their six kids, 15-year-old Maddox, 13-year-old Pax, 12-year-old Zahara, 11-year-old Shiloh, and 9-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox, Pitt has reportedly taken up a new hobby.

On July 12, a source told Hollywood Life that Brad Pitt was focused on art and found the activity to be both challenging and therapeutic. As the insider explained, Brad Pitt loves learning a new craft and enjoys using both his hands and his mind.

“Brad has always been super creative, and is already an amazing photographer, but learning sculpture and different painting techniques is proving to be an amazing new lease on life for him,” the insider explained.

The outlet went on to reveal that whenever the actor is feeling stressed or upset, he heads to the studio and dives head-first into an exciting new project. According to the insider, doing so allows Brad Pitt to channel his emotional energy, whether it is good or bad, into art.

Brad Pitt’s former partner, Angelina Jolie, filed for divorce in September of 2016 after two years of marriage.

As fans will recall, the couple struck up a romance while filming Mr. & Mrs. Smith in 2004. In 2005, after Pitt’s then-wife, Jennifer Aniston, filed for divorce, they went public with their romance. One year later, their first biological child, daughter Shiloh, was born.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie dated for about a decade before tying the knot at their home in France during a small ceremony attended by their children.

Since parting ways, Brad Pitt has been seen regularly at a studio in Los Angeles and has also attended a number of red carpet events, including the Golden Globes. As for Angelina Jolie, she recently moved back to Los Feliz after renting a home in Malibu for several months after splitting from Pitt.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have not been seen together since announcing news of their breakup, and when it comes to the former couple’s six children, they have not been seen with their dad in public at all.
