President Donald Trump is no stranger to Olympic Games fanfare. Even though Mr. Trump reportedly believes that exercise makes people die younger and expends their energy, as reported by the Inquisitr, that doesn’t mean that President Trump isn’t “working hard,” as the “Real Donald J. Trump” Twitter account tweeted Tuesday morning, to bring the Olympics back to Los Angeles. As seen in the below tweet, President Trump did not specify the year of the Olympic Games that he’s purportedly working hard to bring to Los Angeles, but according to ESPN, Paris and Los Angeles are the last two cities vying for the summer Olympic Games bid for 2024, after cities such as Rome, Boston, Budapest, and Hamburg all dropped their bids for the 2024 Olympic Games. Paris and Los Angeles created pitches for the 2024 Summer Games that made the cities stand out.
That Time Trump Carried The 2004 Olympic Torch In A Relay
Donald Trump, when he was still known as “The Donald” and not President Trump, carried the Olympic flame on June 19, 2004, as seen in the above and below photos in New York. The Olympic torch traveled through 34 cities back then, and it was day No. 15 of the Athens 2004 Olympic Torch Relay when Mr. Trump picked up the Olympic torch via its travels through 27 countries on its way to the Athens 2004 Olympic Games.
Meanwhile, President Trump is receiving both praise and condemnation in the reply section on Twitter beneath the following tweet about Mr. Trump allegedly working hard to bring the Olympic Games to Los Angeles.
Working hard to get the Olympics for the United States (L.A.). Stay tuned!

While some Twitter users are writing plenty of kudos in response to Mr. Trump’s Olympic Games tweets, others are criticizing him for not tweeting about more serious matters. A scroll through the responses to President Trump’s Twitter Olympic Games bid shows Twitter users writing that Mr. Trump is tweeting about the Olympics as North Korea threatens the world with nuclear weapons and while plenty of people lose their healthcare.
Others are writing that they want more details about exactly how Mr. Trump is “working hard” to bring the Olympic Games to Los Angeles and are hoping that Mr. Trump is doing more than simply tweeting about the Olympic Games coming to L.A.
