Carrie Underwood And Mike Fisher Celebrate 7th Wedding Anniversary Amid Pregnancy Rumors
Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher are swapping gushing messages to celebrate seven years of marriage.
Amid rumors the country superstar may be pregnant with the couple’s second child, the twosome shared sweet messages on Instagram in celebration of their anniversary and once again dispelled false tabloid rumors that swirled earlier this year claiming their marriage was on the rocks.
Proving that they’re more in love than ever, the husband and wife couldn’t stop gushing over each other on social media as they shared photos from their anniversary date night which came exactly seven years after the couple married during a romantic ceremony in Georgia on July 10, 2010.
Carrie shared an adorable photo of herself and her husband with her 6.1 million followers where she called the Nashville Predators captain an “amazing man.”
“Celebrating 7 years with this amazing man,” Underwood wrote in the caption. “How am I so blessed to share this life with you, [Mike]? Here’s to so many more years and memories together…”
Fisher then shared his own photo from their romantic night together to his account.
Posting a photo of his wife during what appeared to be a date night in a romantic restaurant, the hockey player joked that he was glad he “took a chance” on the “Good Girl” singer when they tied the knot in 2010.
“Glad I took a chance on this babe 7 years ago,” Mike joked in his snap’s caption on July 10. “Turns out she’s the best wife, and mom to Izzy, I could ever dream of!!#happyanniversary.”
Izzy, of course, is the couple’s 2-year-old son Isaiah, who fans have been speculating lately may soon be getting a sibling.
Though Underwood hasn’t confirmed the baby rumors, the pregnancy speculation hit a fever pitch last month after fans claimed that the singer appeared to be sporting what may have been a baby bump while filming a new opening for NBC’s Sunday Night Football in Los Angeles ahead of the 2017/2018 football season.
Carrie hasn’t commented on fans’ baby speculation and has stayed pretty quiet on social media ever since it was suggested she may be pregnant, though the couple’s latest photos notably only showed the star from the waist up.
But while both Carrie and Mike are staying tight-lipped for now, Underwood has teased several times over the past few months that she and Fisher are ready for another baby.
Speaking out about expanding her family to Entertainment Tonight in April, Carrie revealed that she and her husband do want to give their son a sibling and confessed they’re both “on God’s good timing” when it comes to getting pregnant.
Underwood also teased having another child with Fisher in an interview with EXTRA.
Shortly after confessing that she and Mike were on God’s timing when it comes to baby number two, she admitted to the outlet that while they would love to expand their family and give little Isaiah a brother or sister, they’re “not in control of things like that.”
