Has Gwen Stefani gone country amid filming on the upcoming 13th season of The Voice?
According to a new report, Blake Shelton has had quite the impact on his girlfriend of nearly two years and a source claims the 47-year-old mother of three had no idea that she was so unhappy before he came into her life.
“Almost overnight, [Gwen Stefani]’s turned into a cowgirl,” an insider told OK! Magazine July 10. “She even has a collection of Stetsons now.”
Gwen Stefani has been known for her rocker chic vibes in the past but these days, she’s often seen in overalls and plaid, much like her country singer beau. However, according to the magazine’s insider, the biggest change in Stefani’s life has been the debut of a much more feminine side. As the OK! Magazine source explained to readers, Blake Shelton has allowed Gwen Stefani to channel a feminine persona as he takes the reigns in their relationship.
According to the report, Gwen Stefani’s former partner, Gavin Rossdale, was very metro and when it came to their lives at home with their three sons, 11-year-old Kingston, eight-year-old Zuma, and three-year-old Apollo, she was always the one in charge. Meanwhile, Shelton is quite the outdoorsman and loves to hunt and fish, as he enjoys spending time at his Oklahoma ranch.
In other Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton news, the couple will not be seen alongside one another on the upcoming 13th season of The Voice. Although the pair were seen together during Seasons 7, 9, and 12, Stefani will not be featured on the coming episodes. Instead, Shelton and Adam Levine will be joined by returning cast member Miley Cyrus and new coach Jennifer Hudson.
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton began dating one another at the end of 2015 after splitting from Gavin Rossdale and Miranda Lambert. Since then, they have been chronicling their relationship journey with fans on their Twitter and Instagram pages.
