‘Teen Wolf’ Season 6B Gets Premiere Date, Last 10 Episodes Moving To Sunday Nights

MTV has just confirmed that Teen Wolf will return on Sunday, July 30 at 8 p.m. ET for the second half of it’s sixth and final season. Apart from its new schedule, it was also announced that Teen Wolf is returning to Comic-Con International on Thursday, July 20. Cast members Tyler Posey, Shelley Hennig, Dylan Sprayberry, Khylin Rhambo, Cody Christian, alongside showrunner Jeff Davis, will take over Hall H as they give fans a sneak peek of the highly anticipated series finale.

After six months of waiting, Teen Wolf Season 6B finally has a premiere date. Much to the fans’ surprise, MTV revealed that the final ten episodes of the series would air Sundays, starting on July 30. As Variety pointed out, giving Teen Wolf a high-priority timeslot only goes to show how important the show is to the network.

Ten days prior to the Season 6B premiere, cast members, along with executive producer Jeff Davis, will return to Comic-Con for an hour-long panel at Hall H, where they are expected to give fans a special sneak peek of the final episodes.

Although Teen Wolf has always been part of the San Diego Comic-Con, this is the first time that they will have a panel at the convention center’s largest venue, which is usually reserved for shows like Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead.

There is also a scheduled cast signing on Friday, July 21. Tyler Posey (Scott MacCall) is hosting the “MTV Fandom Fest” scheduled later in the evening from 7-11 p.m. at Petco Park.

According to Variety, Teen Wolf has been ranked as the most social show at the convention for the past two years. They’re also known to break news during panel, much like when they announced that the show is ending after six seasons in 2016.

TV Line reported that Teen Wolf Season 6B has already wrapped filming back in March. In an interview with the website, Linden Ashby (Sheriff Stilinski) warned fans to expect a lot of deaths during the show’s final 10 episodes. He, however, promised that the series will end on a positive note.

“A lot of people actually do die. It’s really about fear and people coming together in different camps, and it’s about intolerance. It’s about a lot of things that are pretty current right now. I think it’s going to be good,” he shared.

Teen Wolf Season 6B premieres Sunday, July 30 at 8 p.m. ET. Tune in for more spoilers and cast updates.
