Tyga Dodges Rob And Chyna Controversy, Focuses On Being A Good Dad: ‘I’m Busy Taking Care Of My Son’
Tyga reportedly opted to be on the sidelines amid the nasty, all-out social media war between Rob Kardashian and his baby mama, Blac Chyna.
On Thursday, TMZ caught up with Kylie Jenner’s rapper ex-boyfriend as he stepped out at LAX and reluctantly opened up about the controversial feud between Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna.
In the video uploaded by the news outlet, the 27-year-old appeared to be in good spirits as he made his way to the airport.
When asked about his thoughts on Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna’s ongoing social media war, Tyga responded with a priceless facial expression and quickly dodged the question.
Instead of giving a clear answer, Tyga pulled himself out of the awkward situation by changing the topic. The “Stimulated” rapper wittily responded, “I’m dropping a new project on July 21.”
On a more serious note, Tyga explained that he just wants to focus on his business and his son with Blac Chyna, King Cairo. He even pointed out that parenthood is a “beautiful thing.”
“I’m just focused. Taking care of my business and taking care of my son. You feel me?”
Tyga, who has custody of King Cairo at least 50 percent of the time, appeared to be taking the high road as he refused to take a dig at his ex.
Considering his busy schedule in his personal and professional life, dealing with his baby mama is probably not in his priorities right now.
The rapper also dodged questions about his dating life after his controversial breakup with fashion and cosmetics mogul, Kylie Jenner. The former couple, who first got together in 2014, has their fair share of ups and downs throughout their relationship before calling it quits earlier this year.
Ever since the split, Tyga has been linked to different women, some with striking similarities with Kylie Jenner. Just recently, the “Rack City” rapper was spotted with a mysterious brunette celebrating Fourth of July together at a party. However, it remains unclear whether the two are romantically involved with each other.
As for the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, she managed to move on fast with a new man in her life, Travis Scott. The couple has been together for months now and based on numerous photos of them together on social media, it seems like things are going quite smoothly for them.
Meanwhile, despite previous reports of money woes, Tyga still managed to splurge on luxurious items for himself. Just recently, the rapper spent $188,000 on a Goyard pendant and a 14-karat white gold chain with 60 karats worth of diamonds.
According to TMZ, the jaw-dropping blings were delivered to Tyga earlier this week courtesy of If & Co. Jewelers. Interestingly, it has been revealed that the rapper paid them in full.
