Melania And President Trump Kiss On International Kissing Day 2017 – But Might Not Get A Hotel Room In Hamburg

First lady Melania Trump and President Donald Trump shared a kiss, as seen in the attached photo. President Trump shared a hug and a kiss on the cheek after Mrs. Trump introduced her husband for his speech at Krasinski Square at the Royal Castle, on Thursday, July 6, in Warsaw, Poland. It turns out that the kiss was apropos, since Google Trends reports that more than 100,000 searches flowed into their search engine on Thursday since it is National Kissing Day, or International Kissing Day. As reported by the Guardian, the day focused on kissing gave searchers the opportunity to ask Google all sorts of questions about kissing.

Whereas the activities of kissing day got some attention, much of the controversy surrounded the first lady of Poland appearing to ignore President Trump’s handshake, as reported by the Inquisitr. As seen in the below photo, first lady Agata Kornhauser-Duda reached for Melania’s hand just as President Trump reached to shake Agata’s hand, following his speech in Krasinski Square. Videos of the incident that show Mr. Trump shaking hands with Polish president Andrzej Duda, and then reaching for his wife’s hand, but not receiving a handshake has caused a big reaction online. Certain viewers assume that Agata snubbed Trump’s handshake deliberately, while others give her the benefit of the doubt, and say that Agata may not have seen President Trump reaching for her hand.

According to the Associated Press, President Trump blasted former president Barack Obama, and called out news outlets by name. However, President Trump may have a more pressing problem when it comes to getting hotel digs in Hamburg.

According to the New York Daily News, it isn’t clear where President Trump and Melania will sleep, since the White House didn’t book a hotel room early enough for the G20 Summit. The publication notes that attempts to book a luxury hotel room in Hamburg for President Trump resulted in the discovery that all luxury hotels in Hamburg were booked because of the G20 summit.
